My body has spoken and I must listen. This past weekend will be my last Rotary retreat for quite some time, unless my energy level improves considerably. Even arriving well rested and behaving myself during the weekend and in spite sleeping for two hours during the trip home, I just can’t do it. The days start early and go on into the evening without the amount of time I require for resting. Add to that two days of excessively salted restaurant meals and we’re looking at a formula for disaster.

After spending the past two days mostly resting, I still haven’t been able to get back to normal. It will be another early to bed night.
