I have three excuses for my not writing over the past few days. I’ll start with lack of time; it was a very busy weekend, by the time the day ended I was exhausted and the wifi connection in the hotel is way less than reliable. What it really boils down to though is I, in fact, don’t have a reason. I should have found the time.

The trip home from North Bay was a little different than normal. My friend John Gordon was kind enough to provide the transportation. Rather than engage him with my mundane conversation for the two hour trip, I was asleep almost before leaving the parking lot and proceeded to entertain John with my snoring. I’d like to thank John for not pulling over and kicking me out.

As well behaved as I was this past weekend, I’m still paying the price. It’s been a day of R&R and will be an early to bed night.
