It's relatively quiet on the home front today; gray and overcast with a few flurries. Just a typical mid January day.
Friends Steven & Tonnie Smith stopped by for a visit last evening. Steven and I were joking about the "little red bell" from Colin Glassco. The bell is now retired; the poor thing just about sacrificed its little clapper and all it received was a scowl from the primary care giver.
A couple of my buddies, Bill Robinson and Ralph McMullen, from Port Carling, came for a visit just after lunch. It was great to see them and to get caught up on all the local gossip. I haven't been out of circulation all that long and it still took the best part of 45 minutes to be brought up to speed. It appears everyone has too much time on their hands at this time of year.
That's about it for now.
Bye
